Can I cancel or return my order?
www.diedshop.com is happy to accept returns for any reason up to 7 days after the receipt of your order. To return an item you must complete the online returns form within 7 days of receiving your order and the package must reach our warehouse within 14 days after you have received your order. Please be aware that the parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery. 

You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from the www.diedshop.com network, for a full refund. You have the right to return your item for a full refund, less the cost of shipping.

 

Please read the information below:

 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches the warehouse. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, and provides you with a tracking number.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The item must be returned to the address stated on the returns form. 
www.diedshop.com and its partner sites will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed, or under all other circumstances that you can find in our return policy.
Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, the customer should notify us by contacting the SUPPORT CENTRE on the same day if they wish to make a return.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Please note that items should be returned in their original packaging and hangtags.
In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU). If you are returning items from outside of the EU to an EU shop/warehouse, there may be additional taxes and duties to be paid. These charges are your responsibility; please check with your chosen postal service provider.

Can I exchange my item?
www.diedshop.com does not offer exchange of items, unless you have received the wrong item, or the item is faulty. If you would like to return an item please follow the guidelines on our Returns page (you’ll find a link if you log in to your *DIED*account.

 

 


I have seen an item in one of your stores. Can I order it online? 
The stock in stores and online stores are not directly linked or synchronized, so if an item isn't available online it doesn’t mean it won't be available in the shop. For further information please contact your nearest stockist or send an email to : shop@diedworld.com

 

 

How do I know my new item will fit me? 
When you are viewing a garment a size help link will appear next to it. By clicking on it you will view a measurement table. Simply cross-check these measurements with your own to ensure you have ordered the correct size. You can always return an item if it doesn't fit you, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

 

 

How do I track the delivery of my order? 
You can go to www.tracktrace.nl anytime to view and monitor the status of your shipments, by inserting the tracking number supplied. 


Do you ship to my country? 
We ship (almost everywhere) worldwide using TNT or DHL. For specific information of shipping to your country, please send us an email;

Please note: Customs authorities in Russia have recently tightened restrictions on import shipments to Russia. As a consequence, non-document shipments sent to private individuals now undergo extraordinary scrutiny leading to an increased number of customs holds and delays in delivery.

 

 

How do I make a purchase on the website? 
Before you start shopping, we recommend that you read our Terms and Conditions. Once you register on our website select the article you wish to purchase, put it in your shopping bag and click "buy". You can then choose the type of payment you wish to use and, once your transaction has taken place, you will receive a confirmation e-mail about the status of your payment and order.

 

 

How do I know which items are in stock? 
All items shown on the website are in stock unless the words "out of stock" or “sold out” are listed next to the product. Please note that putting an item in your shopping cart does not automatically reserve it for you, and that it can be purchased by another customer while you continue to shop for other items.

 

 

What payment methods does the website accept? 
We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UATP, Cofinoga, AirPlus, Dexia Direct Net, ING Home’Pay, KBC/CBC, Ideal, EPS PostFinace, eDankort, Maestro, Bancntact/Mistercash, Carte Bleue, Solo, Visa Electron, PayPal, paysafecard, Cash Ticket, Wallie-card, Minitix, Tunz , 1euro.com and Bank transfers….
All payment will be handled by OGONE.

 

 

Is it safe to use my credit card online at www.diedshop.com? 
At www.diedshop.com all payments are made using the most advanced technological systems and coding methods. See www.ogone.com

 

 

How will I know my order has been received? 
After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which doesn't mean that your order has been accepted by us. The order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card and address details have been approved and verified.

 

 

Can www.diedshop.com ship to more than one address in a single order? 
We only ship one order to one single address. During the shopping process you will be asked to choose one shipping address for your delivery.

 

 

How much will I be charged for shipping? 
Shipping costs will be calculated based on destination of your package. All shipments are processed by TNT or DHL. 
Orders of more than € 200,- are FREE of shipping costs. For orders under € 200,- we will charge € 5,- delivery costs for Europe. Orders out of Europe are charged with € 15,- delivery costs.

 

 

Will my personal information be kept private? 
We guarantee that all personal data will be kept private and confidential, and that we will never give out any of your personal data without your authorization. For further details check the www.diedshop.com privacy policy.

 

 

Delivery from the EU to ‘out-of-Europe’ countries
You will not have to pay ‘BTW’ the Dutch VAT tax (and the prices shown will reflect this) however you may have to pay import duties to receive your order. Your shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout, however additional import duties will not be added at this time. These will be payable on delivery of your items.
